Well, its been a while since my last update...some good and bad stuff happened, my bday it was last week, but im felling less and less all the celebration theater, Obama is the new US president, Meeting Point is over...
Anyways, im back trainning and im focus on that, work and my project, how it should be!!so here is a video from last night training sparring with Arthur, Close Combat's instructor, great trainning, decent sparring and lot of work to do, i still have to work very hard on my standing game and get back on shape!!damn!!
